Objective To observe the effect of the voice recorder remind breathing on reducing respiratory distress during anesthesia and awakening in the elderly general anesthesia patients. Methods A total of 158 elderly patients admitted to anesthesia and recovery room after anesthesia were divided into observation group (n = 82) and control group (n = 76) according to the operation date. The control group was given conventional nursing method to remind the respiration after the tracheal tube was removed. The observation group Use voice recorder to play recording to remind breathing. The frequency of respiratory obliteration and pulse oximetry at 1, 5, 10, 15 min after tracheal aspiration were removed and the number of doxopram hydrochloride used were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the frequency of respiratory obliteration was less than that of the control group. The pulse oxygen saturation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 5 min after the tracheal tube was removed, and the use frequency of doxorubicin hydrochloride was less than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Voice recorder remind breathing can reduce the elderly patients during anesthesia wakefulness of respiratory failure.
