RM80型全断面道碴清筛机在作业时,由于道床脏污甚至出现板结,致使挖掘链工作条件十分恶劣,连续承受较强的冲击和摩擦,成为道碴清筛机的主要易损件。通过对RM80型道碴清筛机挖掘链的主要失效形式进行分析研究,并试验选择新材料,同时制订新的熔炼、铸造和热处理工艺,使挖掘链的强度、韧性和耐磨性得到改善,实现了进口挖掘链的国产化研制,降低了道碴清筛作业成本,提高了作业效率。
During the operation of the RM80 full-face ballast cleaning machine, the working condition of the excavation chain is very poor due to the dirtiness of the bed bed and even the plate knot. As a result, it is continuously subjected to strong impact and friction as the main wearing parts of the ballast cleaning machine. By analyzing and studying the main failure modes of the excavation chain of the RM80 ballast cleaning machine and experimenting with the selection of new materials and making new smelting, casting and heat treatment processes, the strength, toughness and wear resistance of the excavation chain are improved, It realized the domestic manufacture of imported mining chains, reduced the operating cost of ballast cleaning and improved the operating efficiency.
