简要论述了海蜇的行业规模,着重比较讨论了现行海蜇相关标准状况。当前海蜇相关标准中,行业标准与地方标准各占32%和68%,地方标准居多,沿海大多数省份各自颁布了海蜇相关标准。在标准内容方面,食品标准约占50%,剩余标准分别涉及海蜇池塘养殖、苗种培育、增殖放流等内容,当前尚无海蜇种质标准及苗种标准。现行海蜇相关标准中,有些检验规程、实验方法、检测内容等方面存在一些不妥当的地方。相对于其他传统海洋经济生物而言,海蜇各种标准的制定不十分全面,且比较滞后,将不利于海蜇产业的健康发展。
The jellyfish industry scale is briefly discussed, focusing on the current status of jellyfish related standards. The current jellyfish standards, the industry standards and local standards each accounted for 32% and 68%, the majority of local standards, the majority of coastal provinces promulgated the relevant standards jellyfish.
