连续油管作业可节省大量的上卸扣时间,并能减少能量消耗,因此应用范围不断扩大.连续油管作业设备的核心是注入器,根据注入器的主要功能,提出一种新的注入器液压系统,并对其组成、工作原理和性能特点进行了详细的分析.该液压系统的主驱动回路与辅助驱动回路分开,主驱动回路主要满足负载特性的要求,辅助驱动回路主要保证灵活的操作性能,这样便于系统的调试和维护.在主驱动回路中采用闭式容积调速和节流调速相结合的控制方式,分别满足载荷扭矩为正和为负的负载特性要求.这种控制方式特别适用于大功率系统.分析表明:新的液压系统既满足负载和操作要求,又节能可靠,是一种理想的连续油管注入器液压系统.
Coiled tubing operations can save a lot of time on the shackle, and can reduce energy consumption, so the scope of application continues to expand. According to the main functions of injector, a new injector hydraulic system is put forward at the core of coiled tubing operation equipment. The composition, working principle and performance characteristics of coiled tubing are analyzed in detail. The main drive circuit of the hydraulic system is separated from the auxiliary drive circuit, and the main drive circuit mainly meets the requirements of load characteristics. The auxiliary drive circuit mainly ensures flexible operation performance, which is convenient for system debugging and maintenance. In the main drive circuit using closed-volume speed control and throttling speed control combination, respectively, to meet the load torque is positive and negative load characteristics. This control method is particularly suitable for high-power systems. The analysis shows that the new hydraulic system meets both load and operation requirements and is energy-efficient, making it an ideal hydraulic system for coiled tubing injectors.
