目的了解近年来深圳市福田区食品污染现状,为相关食品的监管提供依据。方法 2013—2015年对辖区内人们经常食用的各类食品开展微生物、重金属、食品添加剂等项目的检测。结果抽检23类食品共881份,合格样品731份,总合格率为82.97%;主要不合格食品为水产品、腌腊肉制品和禽畜肉类等;主要不合格项目是副溶血性弧菌、沙门菌、镉、铝等。结论深圳市福田区市售食品中污染物总体风险较低,但仍存在多种食品安全隐患,应加强问题食品的监管力度并开展有针对性的控制措施。
Objective To understand the status of food contamination in Futian District, Shenzhen in recent years and provide the basis for the regulation of related foods. Methods From 2013 to 2015, we conducted tests on microbes, heavy metals and food additives in various types of food that people regularly consume. Results A total of 881 samples of 23 kinds of food were sampled and 731 were qualified samples, with a total pass rate of 82.97%. The main unqualified foods were aquatic products, cured meat products and livestock meat. The main unqualified items were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, cadmium, aluminum and so on. Conclusion The overall risk of contaminants in commercial food in Futian District of Shenzhen City is low, but there are still many hidden dangers of food safety. We should strengthen the supervision of the problem food and carry out targeted control measures.
