为了研究在奶牛日粮中添加微生态制剂对其生产性能的影响,试验采用单因子试验设计,选择产奶量、胎次、泌乳期等生理状况相近的荷斯坦奶牛120头,随机分为对照组、试验1组,试验2组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和试验2组在基础日粮中添加不同类型的微生态制剂。结果表明:复合微生态制剂可显著提高奶牛的产奶量和乳蛋白含量(P<0.05);极显著降低乳中体细胞数(P<0.01);提高乳中干物质含量,但差异不显著(P>0.05);乳中其他成分无明显差异。说明在日粮中添加微生态制剂可提高奶牛生产性能,并降低乳房炎的发生。
In order to study the effects of adding probiotics on the performance of dairy cows, 120 single-factor experiments were designed to select 120 Holstein cows with similar physiological status such as milk production, parity and lactation, and were randomly divided into control Group, test 1 group, test 2 groups. The control group was fed the basal diet. Groups 1 and 2 added different types of probiotics in the basal diet. The results showed that the compound probiotics could significantly increase milk yield and milk protein content (P <0.05), significantly reduce the number of somatic cells in milk (P <0.01), and increase the content of dry matter in milk, but the difference was not significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in other components in milk. This indicated that the addition of probiotics in the diet could improve the performance of dairy cows and reduce the incidence of mastitis.
