大职教观视野下现代职业教育体系构建需要考察的三个基本维度:外部适应性、内部延展性以及内外互通性。简而言之,现代职业教育应建立在满足社会经济发展的高需求、人民群众的普遍需求以及职业人个体的普适性需求等外部需求基础上,从而构建包容职业启蒙、职业准备、以及职业继续教育的内部结构,通过学校学科教学课程渗透、高等学院预科教育、院校合作等教学模式,从而实现不同层级职业教学与普通教学的融合。
