目的:研究并分析护理核心能力教学模式在内科护理教学中的应用。方法:将本校2013年级护理本科生,共110人分为实验组与对照组,分别采用护理核心能力教学模式与常规教学模式,对比两组考核成绩。结果:对照组学生无论是在理论知识上还是临床护理综合能力上都要不如实验组,上述数据组间比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:将护理核心能力教学模式引用到内科护理教学当中,可以使得学生掌握更多的知识且更加牢固,也能够提高学生临床护理的综合能力,值得各医院校推广和应用。
Objective: To study and analyze the application of nursing core competence teaching mode in medical nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 110 undergraduates of Grade 2013 in our university were divided into experimental group and control group. The nursing core competence teaching mode and the conventional teaching mode were respectively used to compare the two groups. Results: Students in the control group were not as good as the experimental group in both theoretical knowledge and clinical nursing. There was significant difference between the above data groups (p <0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The teaching of nursing core competence can be applied to medical nursing teaching, which can help students master more knowledge and strengthen their comprehensive ability of clinical nursing. It is worth to be popularized and applied in hospitals.
