一、结构与原理本搅拌机结构是独一无二的。它由两个半球形的转鼓组成,转鼓绕水平轴回转。采用幅条状轮毂连接方式,将半个转鼓固定在轴的一端,另外半个转鼓按装在轴上后能沿轴作滑动,这样允许两个半球状的转鼓(即搅拌鼓)在中间位置分开(参见图1)。图1 剖分式搅拌机结构示意图固定在轴上的半个转鼓借助于环形滚道支承在两个托辊上,可滑动的半个转鼓侧的主轴支承在重型滚珠轴承上。驱动电机经三角皮带传至全密封的齿轮箱,再经链传动带动主轴旋转。齿轮箱的润滑采用油槽润滑,齿轮经磨削加工。
First, structure and principle The mixer structure is unique. It consists of two hemispherical drums that rotate about a horizontal axis. Using a spoke-like hub connection, one half of the drum is fixed to one end of the shaft, and the other half of the drum can be slid along the shaft after being mounted on the shaft. This allows two hemispherical drums (ie, agitation drums). Separate in the middle position (see Figure 1). Fig. 1 Schematic view of the split mixer The half drum fixed to the shaft is supported on two idlers by means of a ring raceway. The slidable half drum side spindle is supported on heavy ball bearings. The drive motor is transmitted via a V-belt to a fully sealed gearbox, which is then driven by a chain drive to rotate the spindle. The lubrication of the gear box is lubricated with oil grooves, and the gears are ground.
