目的:对抗菌药物不合理应用导致的不良反应进行分析和探讨。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年3月期间我院开具的处方中抽取2000张,统计其中的抗菌药物处方以及不合理应用抗菌药物处方各自所占的比例,分析抗菌药物不合理应用给患者带来的不良反应。结果:2000张处方中,抗菌药物处方320张,占比16.00%;不合理使用抗菌药物处方40张,占比12.50%;36张不合理使用抗菌药物处方致患者产生不良反应,不良反应发生率为90.00%。结论:抗菌药物不合理应用是导致患者产生不良反应的主要原因,规范医务人员抗菌药物用药行为对于患者治疗安全性的提高意义重大。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the adverse reactions caused by irrational application of antibacterial drugs. Methods: A total of 2000 prescriptions were collected from our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017. The prescriptions for antimicrobial agents and the proportion of unreasonable use of antimicrobial prescriptions were statistically analyzed, and the irrational application of antimicrobial agents to patients was analyzed Adverse reactions. Results: Among the 2000 prescriptions, there were 320 prescriptions of antibiotics, accounting for 16.00%; 40 prescriptions of unreasonable use of antibiotics, accounting for 12.50%; 36 unpleasant antibacterial prescriptions resulted in adverse reactions and the incidence of adverse reactions Is 90.00%. Conclusion: Unreasonable use of antimicrobial agents is the main reason leading to adverse reactions in patients. To standardize the antimicrobial drug use behavior of medical personnel is of great significance to improve the safety of patients.
