运用精益管理优化中心药房工作流程

目的:探讨分析对中心药房工作的流程如何进行优化才能提高工作效率和服务质量。方法:运用精益管理模式对中心药房的工作流程以及工作环境、管理措施进行优化。结果:将中心药房的流程和资源进行优化配置后,明显的缩短了取药的时间,降低了药品的过期和破损率,提高了工作效率、医护人员以及患者的满意度,而且使得医院的用药安全以及医疗质量也大幅度的升高。结论:精益管理是一种比较科学的、系统的、行之有效的管理体系,这种办法在中心药房的工作流程中效果比较显著,在医院药事管理中值得推广应用。 Objective: To explore how to optimize the workflow of central pharmacy in order to improve work efficiency and service quality. Methods: Lean management model was used to optimize the work flow, working environment and management measures of the center pharmacy. Results: Optimized deployment of the central pharmacy processes and resources significantly reduced the time taken for taking medicines, reduced the expiration and breakage rates of drugs, and improved the work efficiency, the satisfaction of medical staff and patients, and also made the hospital medication Safety and quality of care have also risen dramatically. Conclusion: Lean management is a relatively scientific, systematic and effective management system. This method has obvious effect in the workflow of the central pharmacy and is worthy of promotion and application in the hospital drug administration.
