目的:评价持续质量改进管理方法在心外科临床基础护理质量管理中的实施效果,提高心外科的护理质量,减少基础护理中护理问题的发生率,提高患者的满意度。方法:在浙江医院心外科护理质量管理中实施持续质量改进的管理方法,比较实施前后两年临床基础护理中护理问题的发生情况与患者的满意度。结果:持续质量改进管理方法在心外科临床基础护理管理中实施后,基础护理质量较之前有了明显的提高,基础护理中护理问题的发生率有了明显的降低(P<0.05),患者的满意度有所提高(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进的管理方法能够有效地提高护理质量,提高患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the implementation effect of continuous quality improvement management in clinical basic quality control of cardiothoracic surgery, improve the quality of nursing in cardiac surgery, reduce the incidence of nursing problems in basic nursing, and improve patient satisfaction. Methods: The management method of continuous quality improvement was implemented in the quality control of cardiac surgery in Zhejiang Hospital. The incidence of nursing problems and patient satisfaction were compared between two years before and after the implementation of clinical basic nursing. Results: After the implementation of continuous quality improvement management in clinical basic nursing management of cardiothoracic surgery, the quality of basic nursing care was significantly improved compared with that before. The incidence of nursing problems in basic nursing care was significantly reduced (P <0.05), patient satisfaction Degree increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The continuous improvement of quality management methods can effectively improve the quality of care and improve patient satisfaction.
