今年二月初,在中共赣州市委除害灭病指挥部的直接领导下,我们先后采用了四种中药和四氯乙稀作对比,治疗168例钩虫病患者。前阶段治疗主要是采用四氯乙稀胶丸,成人用量为10粒,15岁从上8粒,10岁以上6粒,5岁以上4粒,2岁以上3粒。每日晚间服一次。共治疗24人,经过调查,临床上出现头晕、恶心、呕吐现象,其中并有两人卧床不能工作。由于反应大,群众多布愿服此药。因此,复查大便效果很低,以后改用四种中药,分四个治疗组进行治疗,经实践应用,获得良好效果。现将治疗情况分述于下:
At the beginning of February of this year, under the direct leadership of the CCP’s Zhuzhou City Committee of Destruction and Control of Diseases and Destruction, we successively adopted four kinds of Chinese medicines and tetrachloroethylene as contrasts to treat 168 cases of hookworm disease. The pre-treatment stage was mainly using tetrachloroethylene plastic capsules. The adult dosage was 10 capsules. The age of 15 was 8 tablets from the top, 6 tablets from the age of 10, 4 tablets from the age of 5, and 3 tablets from the age of 2 and above. Serve once a night in the evening. A total of 24 people were treated. After investigation, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting appeared in the clinic. Two of them were unable to work in bed. Due to the large number of reactions, the masses were willing to take this medicine. Therefore, the effect of reexamination of stool was very low. Later, four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used to treat the patients in four treatment groups. After practical application, good results were obtained.
