本文研究目的是比较几种鼠疟原虫对咯萘啶和曼尼希碱类药物产生抗性和交叉抗性情况。供试的虫种包括对各种抗疟药敏感的伯氏疟原虫(P.b.)K173株及其抗性系,对氯喹有天然抗性的约氏疟原虫(P.y.)NS系以及对其它药物抗性系。对红内期裂殖体的作用采用4天抑制试验法,将药物配成水溶液,或用超声波处理,加吐温80或10%DMSO配成混悬液。选用20~22g小鼠尾静脉接种原虫,当天开始连续4天(D_0~D_3)皮下或口服给药,D_4血检测定ED_(50)和ED_(90),用抗性系和敏感系的ED_(90)之比计算抗性指数I_(90),I_(90)<0.5表示高度敏感,0.5~<0.7为较敏
