深圳警队的文化建设,包括文化育警和警队的文化机制,必须坚持警队“文化开放”的新观点和新思路。坚持这一观点,首先要排斥文化本质主义的桎梏,在多元化文化的基础上,提出警队“文化开放”的概念。其次,这种警队开放式的文化,将有效地促进文化群体之间的交流和对话,也将推动新的深圳警队的健康文化的生成。最后,必须坚持深圳警队文化的自身特点,努力造成一种具有深圳警队特点的文化氛围和文化积淀,从而形成独特的、健康的、具有正确的价值取向的深圳警队文化。
The cultural construction of the Shenzhen Police Force, including the cultural police and the cultural mechanism of the police forces, must uphold the new viewpoint and new thinking of the “open culture” of the police force. To uphold this view, we must first of all reject the shyness of cultural essentialism and put forward the concept of “cultural openness” of the police force on the basis of a diversified culture. Secondly, this open culture of the Police Force will effectively promote exchanges and dialogue among cultural groups and will also promote the health culture of the new Shenzhen Police Force. Finally, we must adhere to the unique characteristics of the Shenzhen Police Force culture and strive to create a culture and cultural heritage that has the characteristics of the Shenzhen Police Force. This will lead to the formation of a unique, healthy and correct value orientation of the Shenzhen Police Force culture.
