随着应用技术型高校转型发展的提出,培养适应经济社会发展、满足职业要求的应用型人才成为众多高校培养目标。本文以长江大学工程技术学院《车间产品质量管理》课程为例,从课程的确立、存在的问题、教学理念的创新、教学内容的优化、教学研究探索等方面,探讨以职业能力为培养目标开展课程教学和研究的模式。
