本文在分析人民币汇率形成机制和外汇市场存在的问题的基础上 ,阐述了我国现行的有管理的浮动汇率制度本质上是与美元挂钩的固定汇率制度 ,这和 1999年 9月国际货币基金组织把我国现行汇率制度归类为固定汇率制度相一致。
Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of the RMB exchange rate and the existing problems in the foreign exchange market, this paper expounds that the current managed floating exchange rate system in our country is essentially a fixed exchange rate system linked with the U.S. dollar. This is in line with the International Monetary Fund China’s current exchange rate system is classified as a fixed exchange rate system.
