为了分析低强度激光治疗对运动员的心脏保护功能,预防心肌损伤疾病,促进运动员的心脏健康,对各组受测对象采用低强度激光治疗方法分析心脏的功能变化情况,实时测量运动员的最大心脏活量、安静时心率、运动即时心率以及恢复期心率。结果表明,不同运动负荷下受测运动员的心率变化在低强度激光治疗期间的标准差的显著性,运动员的心脏自主神经调控功能增强,副交感神经对交感神经的抑制减弱,连续心率波动变异性逐渐降低,低强度激光治疗对不同性别和不同运动项目的运动员都具有较好的心脏保护功能。
