本文以节能服务公司为例研究了关系质量、知识共享和创新绩效之间的关系。研究发现:关系质量能显著正向影响知识共享;关系质量的信任与承诺维度对显性知识共享和隐性知识共享有显著的正向影响;关系质量能显著影响创新绩效,关系质量的信任维度对创新绩效没有显著影响,关系质量的承诺维度对创新绩效有显著的正向影响;知识共享能显著正向影响创新绩效,显性知识共享不能显著影响创新绩效,隐性知识共享能显著正向影响创新绩效;知识共享在关系质量与创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用,隐性知识共享在关系质量与创新绩效的关系中起部分中介作用。本文的研究结论为节能服务公司改善关系质量、提高创新绩效提供了理论参考。
This paper studies the relationship between quality of service, knowledge sharing and innovation performance by taking energy service companies as an example. The study found that: the quality of relationship can significantly affect knowledge sharing positively; the dimension of trust and commitment of relationship quality has a significant positive impact on explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing; the quality of relationship can significantly affect the trustworthiness of innovation performance and relationship quality There is no significant impact on the innovation performance, the commitment dimension of the relationship quality has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance; knowledge sharing can significantly affect the innovation performance, the explicit knowledge sharing can not significantly affect the innovation performance, the tacit knowledge sharing can significantly positive Affect innovation performance; knowledge sharing plays a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between relationship quality and innovation performance, and tacit knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between relationship quality and innovation performance. The conclusion of this paper provides a theoretical reference for ESCOs to improve their relationship quality and improve their innovation performance.
