人生病之后,不但应重视药物治疗,更应重视饮食调养;不但要供给病人足够的营养,而且要饮食配合治疗,使病人尽快恢复健康。一、饮食调养的原则:1、饮食应有节。病人治疗期间,首先应做到“饮食有节”。饮食要定时,多少要合适,软硬冷热要相宜。应根据病情与年龄给病人选择流质、半流质或普通饮食等,脾胃虚弱者以少食多餐为宜。四季均应特别注意饮食卫生,一般应吃容易消化营养丰富的熟食,严防病从口入与食物中毒发生。2、饮食宜清淡。一般而言,多数病人不宜给煎炸油腻厚味食品,也不应饮酒、吸烟,进食辛辣刺激与粘性食品,以免影响消化吸收,助火与生湿生痰。很多疾病如高血
