利用三带无回流模拟移动床(Moving-bed Simulation,简称MBS)系统分离了人参皂苷Rg1、Re,对其分离的稳态和暂态过程进行了考察。首先,用三角形法确定了MBS的可分离区间,从而确定MBS操作参数选择范围。对稳态过程,分析了三角形区间内不同参数对MBS产品质量分数的影响。对暂态过程,讨论了三角形中不同参数对暂态过程经历时间的影响。还讨论了采用预注入(Pre-loading)和预洗脱(Pre-elution)对暂态过程经历时间的影响。结果表明:在暂态过程中,增大进样流量(QF)或降低切换时间(tS),可以缩短两个出口的暂态过程经历的时间。用Pre-loading和Pre-elution可以显著地缩短暂态过程经历时间。
The ginsenoside Rg1 and Re were separated by a three-band moving-bed simulation (MBS) system, and the steady-state and transient processes of the separation were investigated. First, the detachable interval of the MBS is determined by the triangle method to determine the MBS operating parameter selection range. For the steady-state process, the influence of different parameters in the triangle interval on the mass fraction of MBS products was analyzed. For the transient process, the influence of different parameters in the triangle on the transient process elapsed time is discussed. The effect of pre-loading and pre-elution on the transient process history is also discussed. The results show that in the transient process, increasing the injection flow rate (QF) or reducing the switching time (tS) can shorten the time experienced by the transient processes of the two outlets. Pre-loading and Pre-elution can significantly shorten transient process elapsed time.
