提出了一种基于UG、ANSYS和ADAMS软件的矿山用皮带连接桥虚拟样机实现方案。建立了皮带连接桥工作装置的运动学模型和有限元分析模型,并分别对工作装置进行了动力学仿真和有限元分析,探讨了皮带连接桥在典型的爬坡工况下的运动特点,所得结论为新产品设计提供了有益的借鉴。
A virtual prototyping scheme of mine belt connecting bridge based on UG, ANSYS and ADAMS software is proposed. The kinematics model and the finite element analysis model of the working device of the belt bridge are established. The dynamic simulation and finite element analysis of the working device are respectively carried out. The movement characteristics of the belt bridge under typical climbing conditions are discussed. Conclusion provides a useful reference for new product design.
