文章阐述了高职院校“双师型”教师培训的重要性及存在的问题,其中,培训机制不完善是主要的问题。因此,高职院校要建立“双师型”教师多元化的培训机制,从分析培训需求、制定培训计划、建立培训机制、评估培训效果等方面进行。
The article expounds the importance and existing problems of “double teacher” teacher training in higher vocational colleges. Among them, the imperfect training mechanism is the main problem. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should establish a “double teacher” teacher’s diversified training mechanism, from the analysis of training needs, the development of training programs, the establishment of training mechanisms, assessment of training effectiveness and so on.
