笔者从事商业企业职工教育多年,在教学实践中,深感有些问题急需妥善解决。1.教材内容陈旧近年来,由于改革开放,我国的有计划的商品经济发生了日新月异的变化,急需新的商业理论来解释现在的商业现象,可是现在,我们的许多教材还局限于计划经济的范围,远远跟不上当前形势的需要,就拿批发商业企业的进货渠道来说,按有些课本讲,三级站只能从二级站进货,二级站只能从一级站进货,这显然是计划经济的产物。已与现在的商业状况格格不入。再有,有的教材只谈商业的社会效益,而不谈商业的经济效益。如果真按教材上的讲法去做,有碍于企业的生存和发展。可见教材内容急待进行改革。2.办学流于形式由于教材不接触实际,学和不学没有什么明显的效果,因而缺乏吸引力。致使许多基层领导把职工教育看成是一种负担。为了完成教育指标,特意派去一些思想素质差、工作表现不好的同志,以达到既完成教育指标又使本单位能暂时得以安静。这些人到了课堂,不是
