半岛城邦花园二期工程位于深圳市南山区蛇口东角头,由深圳南海益田置业有限公司投资兴建,深圳地质建设工程公司勘察,深圳市清华苑建筑设计有限公司设计,深圳市中行建设监理有限公司监理,中国建筑第二工程局有限公司施工。工程占地面积6.5万平米,总建筑面积约29.3万平米。地下二层为车库、设备用房和人防地下室,地上为八栋76米-150米的高层住宅及配套设施。工程东、南、西三面临海,为市区独一无二的临海社区。工程具有基坑降排水难度大、地下室结构抗裂抗渗性能要求高、外墙深凸窗节点多、安装工程综合调试技术要求高等特点。设计将塔楼组成了特色“V”型平面塔楼,90%以上住户有良好朝向和海景。外立面凸窗设计是工程亮点。凸窗挑出墙面1.1米,玻璃装在0.55米处,遮阳节能效果好。由于工程位于海边,夏天经

Supervision, China Construction Second Engineering Co., Ltd. construction. Project covers an area of 65,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 293,000 square meters. The second basement is a garage, equipment room and civil defense basement, the ground for the eight 76 meters -150 meters of high-rise residential and ancillary facilities. The project east, south, west face the sea, the city’s unique coastal community. It is difficult for the project to reduce water and drainage of the foundation pit, high crack resistance and impermeability requirements of the basement structure, many deep bay windows in the outer wall, and high technical requirements in the comprehensive commissioning of the installation engineering.
