1.问题的提出济南产NBC_1-160型拉丝式焊机具有电气线路简单、焊枪电缆较软、枪柄转动灵活和焊接速度比其它推丝式焊机大约快1/3(焊同一工件时相比较)等特点。因此,比较适合多分支结构件的焊接,如无接头自行车车架。但是,在实际使用中,无论是主机还是焊枪都存在许多不足之处,造成维修费用增高,设备利用率降低。据统计,过去我厂每台焊机年耗配件费达3000多元。笔者有针对性地对该机进行了改进,使旧设备重新获得生机。现将改进情况详述如下。
1.
