在200keV重离子加速器上,使用120keV的H+,He+,N+,Ar+等离子对C60分子薄膜进行了辐射处理,对辐射后C60膜的Raman谱进行了系统地分析研究.离子辐射会影响C60薄膜的结构,不同的辐射注入剂量会使C60分子薄膜产生聚合和非晶碳化现象,这一现象的产生与辐射离子的剂量大小有关,并存在一剂量阈值.研究表明C60分子的聚合与辐射碰撞过程中的电子能损有关,而C60薄膜非晶碳化现象则主要受核能损的影响
The C60 molecular films were irradiated with 120keV H +, He +, N + and Ar + ions at 200keV heavy ion accelerator. The Raman spectra of the irradiated C60 films were systematically analyzed. Ion radiation affects the structure of C60 thin films. Different doses of radiation can cause polymerization and amorphous carbonation of C60 thin films. This phenomenon is related to the dose of radiation ions and has a dose threshold. Studies have shown that the polymerization of C60 molecules and radiation damage in the process of electron damage related to C60 film amorphous carbonation phenomenon is mainly affected by nuclear energy loss
