在果树杂交育种工作中,当培育早熟品种时,若只以早熟品种为父本,后代早熟比例较少,而父母本均用早熟品种,往往因种子发育不良,得不到实生苗。双亲均为早熟系的208×早酥”梨杂交组合就是明显一例。试验获得1956粒杂交种子,在常规催芽情况下,只有37粒萌发,发芽率只1.8%。前人的试验证明,如对种胚进行培养,将能克服发芽率低的弊病,从而大大提高获得早熟后代的可能性。鉴于国内对梨种胚培养较少,且无系统报告。为弥补这一不足,我们开展了这项研究。
