为研究宫颈癌高剂量率腔内后装治疗最佳方案,在国内首建裸鼠人体宫颈场移植瘤,以此进行放疗效应、剂量率效应的实验研究。通过移植瘤放射后的生长延迟及FCM检测,发现 ̄(60)Co高剂量率放射(100cGy/min)与低剂量率放射(1.5cGy/min)的生物效应比,约为1:0.7左右。按此比率设计的方案,治疗660例宫颈癌,(与镭疗比较)发现临床与实验相符。从而建立了疗效高、反应低的高剂量率腔内后装治疗方法。
In order to study the best protocol of high dose rate cervical intracavitary afterloading treatment, we firstly transplanted human cervical tumor in nude mice in our country to study the effect of radiation and dose rate.
