本文探讨了60Si2Mn弹簧钢的高温形变热处理工艺参数及其对钢常规力学性能和显微组织的影响。试验结果表明,采用920~340℃奥氏体化温度,880℃以上的开轧温度,形变量20~22%,停留20秒钟,入油淬火温度不低于780℃,并在420~450℃之间进行回火,可获得强韧良好配合的综合机械性能(σ_b=180~190kg/mm~1;δ_(10)=5~7%;φ32~42%;aK=3.3~4.5kg·m/cm~2)。采用预应力喷丸工艺,可使该板簧的疲劳寿命比常规热处理的有较大幅度的提高。
This paper discusses the high temperature deformation heat treatment process parameters of 60Si2Mn spring steel and its effect on the conventional mechanical properties and microstructure. The test results show that the austenitizing temperature of 920 ~ 340 ℃, the open temperature of 880 ℃ and above, the deformation amount of 20 ~ 22%, stay 20 seconds, the oil quenching temperature of not less than 780 ℃, and 420 ~ 450 ℃ for tempering, to obtain a strong and good overall mechanical properties (σ_b = 180 ~ 190kg / mm ~ 1; δ_ (10) = 5 ~ 7%; φ32 ~ 42%; aK = 3.3 ~ 4.5kg · m / cm ~ 2). The use of prestressed peening process, the leaf spring fatigue life than the conventional heat treatment have a more substantial increase.
