本文着重论述二冲程柴油机复合增压系统的模拟计算方法,其主要内容包括: 1.基本假设和微分方程; 2.常用的三种复合增压系统的模拟; 3.扫气过程的模拟; 4.燃烧放热过程的模拟; 最后,介绍了应用本程序对一台二冲程中速柴油机的复合增压系统进行改进的例子。结果证明:二冲程复合增压系统的模拟计算方法,能比较准确地反映柴油机气缸及增压系统工作过程的参数变化,并能估计某些不易进行测试的参数(如燃烧过量空气系数、扫气系数、缸内热负荷等),从而为新产品的设计和旧机型的改进提供了理论依据。
This article focuses on the two-stroke diesel engine compound supercharging system simulation calculation method, the main contents include: 1. Basic assumptions and differential equations; 2. Commonly used three kinds of composite pressurized system simulation; 3. Scavenging process simulation; 4 The simulation of combustion and exothermic process; Finally, the application of this program is introduced to improve a two-stroke medium-speed diesel engine compound pressurization system. The results show that the simulation calculation method of two-stroke compound supercharging system can reflect the change of parameters of diesel engine cylinder and supercharging system more accurately, and can estimate some parameters which are not easy to be tested (such as excessive combustion air coefficient, scavenging Coefficient, in-cylinder heat load, etc.), which provides a theoretical basis for the design of new products and the improvement of the old models.
