目的 :探讨原发性高血压左心结构改变患者的心电图 V1 导联 P波终末电势 (PTFv1 )改变与心律失常的关系。方法 :检测 1 2 8例 PTFv 1负值增大的原发性高血压左心结构改变的患者的动态心电图 ,并以 61例 PTFv 1正常者为对照。结果 :PTFv 1负值增大组 :(1 )单纯左心房内径增大者房性心律失常 (AA)检出率显著高于正常组 (78.4% vs 47.8% P<0 .0 5) ;(2 )单纯左心室肥厚者室性心律失常 (VA)检出率显著高于正常组 (68.6% vs39.8% P<0 .0 5) ;(3)左心房内径增大并左心室肥厚者 AA检出率显著高于正常组 (71 .4%vs 41 .2 % P<0 .0 5)。结论 :原发性高血压左心结构改变患者的心电图 PTFv 1值可能成为心律失常的辅助预测指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of P wavefront potential (PTFv1) and the arrhythmia in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods: The dynamic electrocardiogram of 118 patients with elevated left ventricular structural changes in patients with PTFv 1 negative negative was detected, and 61 patients with normal PTFv 1 as control. Results: The negative value of PTFv 1 increased: (1) The detection rate of atrial arrhythmia (AA) was significantly higher in patients with simple left atrial appendage (78.4% vs 47.8%, P <0.05); ( 2) The detection rate of ventricular arrhythmia (VA) in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy was significantly higher than that in the normal group (68.6% vs 39.8%, P <0.05). (3) The left ventricular diameter increased and left ventricular hypertrophy The detection rate of AA was significantly higher than that of the normal group (71.4% vs 41.2% P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: PTFv 1 values in patients with altered left ventricular structural changes in essential hypertension may be secondary predictors of arrhythmia.
