目的探讨沈阳地区前列腺癌发病的危险因素。方法对527例受检者进行前瞻性研究,分析年龄、PSA水平、饮食习惯等危险因素对前列腺癌发病的影响。结果不良饮食习惯是沈阳地区受检者前列腺癌发病的重要危险因素,大于60岁的受检者是否独居成为其危险因素。结论沈阳地区受检者夏季喜烧烤食品,冬季多喜火锅等过热烹饪的食品,因此在影响前列腺发病率的危险因素中,饮食习惯所起作用高于国内其他地区。
Objective To explore the risk factors of prostate cancer in Shenyang area. Methods A prospective study of 527 subjects was conducted to analyze the influence of age, PSA level, dietary habits and other risk factors on the incidence of prostate cancer. Results Poor dietary habits were the main risk factors for the onset of prostate cancer in Shenyang. Whether the subjects older than 60 lived alone was the risk factor. Conclusion In Shenyang area, the summer grilled foods and the hot tofu in winter are overheated foods. Therefore, among the risk factors that affect the incidence of prostate disease, eating habits play a higher role than other parts of China.
