翻译能力体系研究对于翻译人才的培养和评估具有重要意义。本文运用扎根理论研究方法,以“翻译能力要素”为主题对受访者进行了开放型、半结构型和焦点团体访谈,构建了由内驱力、认知能力、语言能力和操作能力构成的翻译能力金字塔模型。然后提出这四种能力之间的关系假设,对305名大学生、培训学员和翻译人员进行了问卷调查,并对数据进行了因子分析和路径分析。结果表明:内驱力正向影响其他三种能力;认知能力正向影响语言能力和操作能力;语言能力正向影响操作能力;操作能力受其他三种翻译能力的正向影响。
The study of translation competence system is of great significance to the training and evaluation of translators. In this paper, using the method of grounded theory, we interviewed the interviewees with the open, semi-structured and focus groups on the theme of “translation ability elements”, and constructed a group consisting of internal drive, cognitive ability, language ability and operational ability Composition of the translation ability pyramid model. And then put forward the hypothesis of the relationship between these four abilities, conducted a questionnaire survey to 305 college students, trainees and translators, and carried out factor analysis and path analysis on the data. The results showed that: the internal driving force positively affects the other three abilities; cognitive ability positively affects the language abilities and operational abilities; the language abilities positively affect the abilities of the abilities to manipulate; the abilities of the operational abilities are positively influenced by the other three abilities of translation.
