脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是神经营养素家族的主要成员之一,与神经递质代谢、神经元重塑密切相关,BDNF在注意缺陷多动障碍、抽动障碍、学习障碍、孤独症谱系障碍等多种发育行为儿科疾病中的表达异常,BDNF基因多态性与注意缺陷多动障碍、抽动障碍有关,BDNF参与学习、记忆的过程,能够抗细胞凋亡、促进神经细胞轴突生长,与孤独症发生有关。本文就BDNF与发育行为儿科疾病的相关性做一综述。
