连铸坯热送热装工艺可以节约加热炉能耗,实现节能减排的目标,为钢厂带来经济效益。本文利用有限元软件模拟钢液自进入结晶器直至出加热炉全流程温度场。结合连铸全流程不同时间节点铸坯含有的热量,分析连铸过程热量损失。模拟冷装、温装及直装坯在加热炉加热至出炉温度时的热量与进加热炉进行对比,分析不同温度铸坯再加热过程需吸收的热量。
Billet hot delivery hot-loading process can save furnace energy consumption, to achieve energy-saving emission reduction goals, bring economic benefits for the steel mills. In this paper, finite element software is used to simulate the liquid steel from entering the mold until it reaches the whole temperature field of the heating furnace. Combining the heat of the slab at different time points in the whole process of continuous casting, the heat loss in continuous casting process was analyzed. Simulation of cold, warm and straight billet in the heating furnace temperature to the baked temperature when compared with the heating furnace, analysis of different temperature slab reheating process to absorb heat.
