生产现场监控通过Web服务的一系列标准和协议可保证设备应用程序之间的动态连接,因此Web在复杂大型的机电液工程中有广泛应用。针对各web服务之间可能缺少的交互和通讯机制,探讨了一类基于嵌入式动态Web的网络化监控系统。以某油气站网络化监控系统为例,选择基于Intel Xscale IXP-422 RISC CPU的智能计算机作为嵌入式Web服务器,设计了分布于工业生产现场油气站的网络化监控系统。各油气站通过现场总线连接至工业以太网,设备集成采用分布式B/S架构,借助Apache+Html+PHP方法,采用动态Web实现了对油气站的监控与管理。测试表明:该系统是实际可用的,为网络化监控与管理的实现提供了一个可供参考的解决方案。
Production Site Monitoring Web services in a series of standards and protocols to ensure the dynamic connection between device applications, the Web in complex large-scale electro-hydraulic engineering has a wide range of applications. In view of the possible lack of interaction and communication mechanism among various web services, a kind of networked monitoring system based on embedded dynamic web is discussed. Taking an oil and gas station networked monitoring system as an example, the intelligent computer based on Intel Xscale IXP-422 RISC CPU was chosen as an embedded Web server. The networked monitoring system was designed and distributed in oil and gas stations in industrial production sites. All oil and gas stations are connected to Industrial Ethernet via field bus. The equipment is integrated with distributed B / S architecture, and the monitoring and management of oil and gas stations are realized by means of dynamic Web using Apache + Html + PHP. The test shows that the system is actually available, which provides a reference solution for the realization of network monitoring and management.
