一、概述在理想的情况下,机床主轴回转轴线在空间的位置是固定不变的。但是实际上,由于存在着轴承的轴颈加工误差,存在着回转过程中的静力学和动力学等方面的影响,主轴的回转轴线在空间的位置是不断变化的。这一变化直接反映到加工零件的形状精度和表面光洁度。因此机床主轴的回转精度是评定机床精加工性能的一项极重要的依据。为了测得这一运动误差,我们研制了主轴回转精度测量系统。该系统包括:主轴回转精度测量仪、数据处理装置和记录仪三部分。系统的测量方法见图1。
First, an overview In the ideal case, the axis of rotation of the spindle in the space position is fixed. However, in fact, due to the existence of bearing journal machining errors, there are static and dynamic aspects of the impact of the rotation process, the axis of rotation of the spindle position in space is constantly changing. This change is directly reflected in the shape accuracy and surface finish of the machined part. Therefore, the slewing accuracy of the machine tool spindle is a very important basis for evaluating the finishing performance of the machine tool. In order to measure this motion error, we developed a spindle rotation accuracy measurement system. The system includes: spindle rotation accuracy measuring instrument, data processing device and recorder three parts. System measurement method shown in Figure 1.
