案例:2009年9月27日,任某受聘于深圳某运动用品公司,在生产一线当缝纫工,双方签订了劳动合同。2012年9月,该公司将经营地址搬迁至广东省惠州市。其后,任某以“工厂搬迁”为由提出辞职,该公司在2012年9月30日结算了任某的工资,双方解除了劳动合同。2012年10月17日,任某发现单位没有支付其经济补偿金,故向劳动争议仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁,请求给付解除劳动合同经济补偿金。2012年11月15日,仲裁委作出仲裁裁决:1.运动用品公司支付任某解除劳动合同经济补偿金5626元。

In September 2012, the company relocated its operation address to Huizhou, Guangdong Province. On November 15, 2012, the Arbitration Commission made the arbitration ruling: 1. The sports goods company paid Renwu to cancel the economic compensation of the labor contract amounting to 5,626 yuan.
