LSI的规模正以每一、二年翻一倍的惊人速度向前发展.用人工制造LSI和VLSI掩膜版正在变得越来越不可能,从制造精度、复杂度和制造时间来讲,无论如何得依靠计算机来帮助.版图后处理系统是LSI-CAD中最实用最普遍的部分. 本文介绍了我校研制的一个版图后处理系统.它主要由硬件和软件两部分组成.硬件主要有Concept 32/2750超级小型机、XYNETICS绘刻图机、TEK4113彩色显示器、磁盘机和磁带机等.通过磁带机可以同另一台超级小型机POS-68000以及Apollo工作站DN550互传信息.例如,在PCS上用CMOS门阵列版图设计系统,符号法版图设计系统或在Apollo上用Lettice Logic门阵列设计系统设计的结果(可以是平面数据,也可
The scale of LSI is moving at an alarming rate of doubling every one or two years.It is becoming increasingly impossible to fabricate LSI and VLSI masks manually and in terms of manufacturing precision, complexity and manufacturing time, Anyway, rely on the computer to help.
