利用生产中疏花摘下的西洋参花蕾 ,采用萃取 ,分离等一系列工艺流程 ,提取其有效成分 :西洋参总皂甙。结果表明 :花提取物总得率高达32 52 % ,平均总皂甙含量高达30 09 % ,是参根皂甙含量的6倍 ,其中 ,30 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的5 5 % ,皂甙含量达70 2 % ;50 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的22 32 % ,皂甙含量高达90 2 % ,70 %乙醇洗脱段得率占原料的4 6 % ,皂甙含量达76 91 %。
Using the American ginseng flower buds removed from the production of sparse flowers, a series of technological processes such as extraction and separation were used to extract the active ingredients: total saponins of American ginseng. The results showed that the total yield of flower extracts was as high as 32 52%, and the average total saponin content was as high as 30.9%, which was 6 times that of ginsenosides. Among them, the elution rate of 30% ethanol accounted for 55% of the raw materials and the content of saponins. Up to 70 2%; the elution rate of 50% ethanol was 22 32% of the raw material, the content of saponin was as high as 90 2%, the elution yield of 70% ethanol was 46% of the raw material, and the content of saponin was 76 91%.
