以叶子花单芽茎段为繁殖村料进行组织培养育苗研究,结果表明:适宜芽诱导和增殖的培养基为MS+BA1～2(mg/L)+NAA0.4～1(mg/L),不同品种附加BA和NAA的浓度不同;适宜生根的培养基为1:2MS+NAA0.3(mg/L)或MS+BAO.5(mg/L)+IBA0.5(mg/L)。
