系统研究了在表面活性剂TritonX一100存在下,新色原3,5一diBr一PADAP与Zn(Ⅱ)的显色反应性能,建立了一种快速、灵敏、准确测定血清锌的比色法。用本法作血清锌测定,锌含量在0~4μmol·L ̄(-1)范围内线性良好,表现摩尔吸收系数为1.12×105L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)。批内CV为2.8%、批间CV为3.4%,平均回收率99.3%。本法(Y)与原子吸收分光光度法(X)比较,两法差异无显著性意义(Y=1.005X一0.012,Y为0.9937,P>0.05)。
The color reaction of new chromogen 3,5-diBr-PADAP and Zn (Ⅱ) in the presence of surfactant Triton X-100 was studied systematically. A rapid, sensitive and accurate colorimetric method for the determination of serum zinc . The determination of serum zinc by this method showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 4μmol·L ~ (-1), indicating a molar absorption coefficient of 1.12 × 105L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) . The intra-assay CV was 2.8%, the intra-assay CV was 3.4%, and the average recovery was 99.3%. There was no significant difference between the two methods (Y = 1.005X-0.012, Y = 0.9937, P> 0.05) by comparing this method with atomic absorption spectrophotometry (X).
