多层砖房是最常用、量大面广的一种承重结构形式,根据震害经验,用钢筋混凝土构造柱加强多层砖房能较多地提高其抗震能力和建房高度。多层砖房不论在计算中是否考虑构造柱的作用,其抗震验算工作量仍较繁琐费时。本文对多层砖房的抗震验算通过分析加以简化,对不同楼(屋)盖刚度下的抗震墙提出了一个简单验算公式并制成表格。本文方法对构造柱的抗震作用在计算中不论是否考虑均能应用,可用于初步设计的方案阶段、施工图设计、抗震鉴定与工程加固等。
Multi-story brick houses are the most commonly used and widely used load-bearing structures. According to the experience of earthquake damage, the use of reinforced concrete structural columns to strengthen multi-storey brick buildings can greatly improve their seismic resistance and building height. In multi-story brick buildings, regardless of whether or not they consider the role of structural columns in their calculations, their workload for seismic verification is still cumbersome and time consuming. This paper simplifies the anti-seismic checking calculation of multi-storey brick houses through analysis, and puts forward a simple checking formula for the anti-seismic walls under the stiffness of different building (house) covers and forms a table. The seismic effect of the method on the structural column can be applied whether or not it is considered in the calculation. It can be used in the preliminary design of the program stage, construction drawing design, seismic appraisal and engineering reinforcement.
