目的:应用数据挖掘方法分析治疗骨质疏松症方剂的组方规律。方法:收集、整理治疗骨质疏松症的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.0.1),利用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析骨质疏松症方剂的组方规律。结果:对筛选出的221首治疗骨质疏松症方剂进行分析,确定处方中药物出现的频次,演化得到核心组合22个,新处方10个。结论:应用数据挖掘方法总结骨质疏松症方剂组成,可以发现组方规律,为临床用药提供依据。
Objective: To analyze the prescription of osteoporosis by data mining method. Methods: The prescriptions for the treatment and treatment of osteoporosis were collected, recorded in TCM inheritance assistant system (V2.0.1), unsupervised data mining methods such as improved mutual information method, complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering, Analysis of prescriptions of osteoporosis prescription law. Results: The 221 prescriptions for treatment of osteoporosis were analyzed to determine the frequency of prescription drugs, and 22 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were evolved. Conclusion: Data mining method to summarize the composition of osteoporosis prescriptions, we can find the rules of the prescriptions, to provide the basis for clinical medication.
