采用燃烧碘量法测定了矿物药硫黄及其炮制品在酸性(人工胃液)、碱性和中性介质中的溶出率,结果表明炮制后的硫黄溶出率均高于天然硫黄的溶出率。文章提出的燃烧碘量法测定溶液中微量硫方法,最小检出限为6.5μg,方法的回收率为97%~99%,RSD<0.6%。
The dissolution rate of mineral drug sulphur and its processed products in acid (artificial gastric juice), alkaline and neutral media was determined by combustion iodometric method. The results showed that the dissolution rate of sulfur after processing was higher than that of natural sulphur. The method of combustion iodometric method for the determination of trace sulfur in solution is proposed in this paper. The minimum detection limit is 6.5μg. The recovery of the method is 97% to 99%, and the RSD is less than 0.6%.
