研究了60Si2Mn钢淬火加低、中温回火后的硬度、抗弯、抗压、挠度、冲击等基本性能,并与典型的冷作模具钢Cr12MoV、W6Mo5Cr4V2等比较,发现60Si2Mn钢的抗弯性能最好,抗压屈服强度与Cr12MoV钢相当,在一定范围内挠度也很好,且有一定的冲击韧性。目前,国内外应用的典型冷作模具钢有CrWMn、Cr12MoV、W6Mo5Cr4V2等。近几年来,我国又研制了65Cr4W3Mo2VNb(简称65Nb)、O12A1、CG2等新钢种、但由于成本高、热加工和热处理工艺复杂,所以不易推广。从我国资源的实际情况来看,如果用Si-Mn系钢做冷作模具能保证使用寿命的话,那么就能收到既经济又实惠的效果。为此,我们对60Si2Mn钢做了淬火加低、中温回火后的硬度、抗弯、抗压、挠度、冲击等基本性能研究,并在有关工厂做了使用寿命对比试验,得到了明确的结论。

For this reason, we made 60Si2Mn steel quenching plus low, after tempering hardness, bending, compression, deflection, impact and other basic properties of research, and in the relevant factories do life comparison test, a clear conclusion .
