本信列举了施工缝上部混凝土收缩当量温差的现有计算方法及其缺陷。推荐的基本计算公式为ε′(t)_上=ε(t)_上-?ε_下=3.24(1-e~(-bt_0))(1-e~(-bt))×10~-4。文中指出公式的适用范围及其算例。结论是:应尽量减少施工缝上下部分之间的相对收缩,施工缝间歇时间越短越好,施工缝在构筑物上的位置,离地面越高越好。
The letter enumerates the existing calculation method and its defects of the shrinkage equivalent temperature difference of the concrete above the construction joint. The basic calculation formula recommended is ε’(t)_up = ε(t)_up-?ε_down = 3.24(1-e~(-bt_0))(1-e~(-bt))×10~ -4. The paper points out the scope of application of the formula and its calculation examples. The conclusion is that the relative contraction between the upper and lower parts of the construction joint should be minimized. The shorter the construction joint interval, the better. The higher the position of the construction joint on the structure, the better.
