Objective To study the effects of body weight on the incretion and in vivo metabolism of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods A total of 320 patients with PCOS diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2013 were divided into 4 groups according to the scope of BIM. Compare each group of reproductive endocrine hormones, blood lipids, blood glucose, insulin and other related indicators. Results The levels of T and INS in overweight and obesity groups were significantly higher than those in normal weight group. The levels of T in obesity group were significantly higher than those in overweight group. The levels of LH and LH / FSH in hypobaric group were significantly lower than those in normal weight group. The IR rate of obesity group was significantly higher than that of normal weight group and overweight group, and the abnormality of glycolipid was significantly higher than that of normal weight group (P <0.05). Conclusion According to the degree of metabolic abnormalities in patients with PCOS to assess its long-term risk of complications to guide treatment and intervention, to reduce the incidence of long-term complications of great significance.
