目的探讨分析血清CysC、尿mAlb及尿GGT与老年Ⅱ型糖尿病的相关性。方法选取我院Ⅱ型糖尿病老年患者140例,根据尿液中白蛋白含量将其分为A组(尿蛋白正常)、B组(尿蛋白微过量)及C组(尿蛋白大量过量),另选取体检正常者40例作为对照组。使用免疫比浊法进行含量检测。结果 A组与对照组血清CysC、尿mAlb无统计学差异(P>0.05);B组、C组与对照组相比,血清CysC、尿mAlb及尿GGT值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析,血清CysC、尿mAlb、尿GGT水平与Ⅱ型糖尿病具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论血清CysC、尿mAlb及尿GGT是诊断Ⅱ型糖尿病早期肾功能损伤的重要指标,检测其含量有助于临床医生发现问题并及时治疗处理。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum CysC, urine mAlb and urinary GGT and type 2 diabetes in the elderly. Methods A total of 140 senile patients with type Ⅱ diabetes in our hospital were selected and divided into group A (normal urinary protein), group B (urinary protein micro - excess) and group C (urinary protein excess) according to the albumin in urine. Select the normal physical examination 40 cases as control group. Immunoturbidimetry was used to detect the content. Results There was no significant difference in serum CysC and urine mAlb between A group and control group (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in serum CysC, urine mAlb and urine GGT between group B and group C (P <0.05) ). Logistic regression analysis showed that serum CysC, urine mAlb and urinary GGT levels were associated with type 2 diabetes (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum CysC, urine mAlb and urinary GGT are important indicators for the diagnosis of early renal damage in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Detecting the levels of CysC, urine mAb and urinary GGT may help clinicians find out the problems and treat them promptly.
